
Dr. Donald Griese
Dr. Griese is the owner and founder of My Vet Animal Clinic. After opening at the original location in 1992, Dr. Griese's practice grew and expanded to its current location in 2013. Dr. Griese is a 1986 graduate of the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine. He and his wife Mary are the parents of three children. They share their home with their cat Molly and many (outdoor) chickens and rabbits.

Dr. Emily Basler, Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Basler is a 2011 graduate of the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine. After
graduation Dr. Basler practiced for four years in Kirksville, MO. She has since moved back to
the St. Louis area. Dr. Basler likes to explore the local hiking trails, get lost in a good book, or
cook new foods in her spare time.
Dr. Basler currently lives with the best-cat-ever Mr. Kitty, a balance-challenged labrador named
Bill, and a single buff cochin chicken named Big Hen.

Dr. Sloan, was born and raised in Missouri. She attended the University of Missouri, College of Veterinary Medicine and earned her Degree in Veterinary Medicine in 2015. Dr. Sloan truly loves what she does and can’t imagine herself in any other profession. She is a die-hard St. Louis Cardinals fan and loves going to as many games as possible. She loves to play softball, go running, hiking and visiting the St. Louis Zoo. She is married to her wonderful husband Tyler. They share their home with their playful, goofy, Bichon Frise pup Ollie.

She shares her home with Kai (mini-Aussie mix), Sable (Domestic Short Hair), Milo (Domestic Short Hair), Otis (Domestic Short Hair), 17 chickens, 2 geckos and 3 rats! Her favorite part of being a vet tech is "socializing with our AMAZING clients and their pets."

Natasha, Technician

She shares her home with Tyson (American Pitbull), Louie (Domestic Long Hair) and 20+ chickens! Her favorite part of being a vet tech is being able to "see all the CUTE critters/animals walk through our clinic."

Rachel, Technician
Rachel joined the My Vet team in 2009, after earning her Associate in Applied Science in Veterinary Technology from Jefferson College. Her pets are Cally (Lab) and Peanut (Lab). Her favorite part of being a vet tech is learning something new and client education!

Rhonda, Registered Veterinary Technician
Rhonda recently rejoined the My Vet Staff, but originally started working with us in 1993! She holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Veterinary Technology from Jefferson College. She shares her home with Kenzi, a new border collie puppy. Her favorite part of being a vet tech is the "puppies, of course!

Gabrielle, Registered Veterinary Technician
Gabrielle recently graduated from Jefferson College with a degree of Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology. She has been working at My Vet since spring 2015 and recently passed her VTNE exam. Gabrielle currently has Scooby-Doo (German Shepard/Lab mix) and Lucky ( domestic short hair). Her favorite part about being a vet tech is seeing all of the awesome animals and being able to help heal them.

Crissy is a vet tech in training, and is currently attending the vet tech program at Jefferson College. She has 2 pitbulls, a yorkie, and 2 cats. Besides animals, she enjoys doing anything outdoors, going to the beach, going to concerts, and St. Louis sports games!
